Timing be damned, I just bought a good piece of LETRX at 500 Index marker.... mid-day today, Moscow at 485... no sweat, the week's been much harder for my US stocks. IMO, all these woes you cite are buying opportunities, especially in Russia.

Watch TRF & LETRX boom up after next week --- the "workers" are back from their dachas, and MosGO celebrates it's 850th birthday with a week-long party that only Russians could conjure. (A 10 meter tall 3D hologram of the Virgin Mary descends from the sky to Red Square, then skips crosstown to the new 100mm cathedral.)

The place is rocking.
