Denise,

I get their Canadian Penny Stock Newsletter. The May issue shows an overall gain (annualized) on open positions of 68%.

But they have picked some losers, as well as some very high fliers, like Magellan -- 3.46 to 9.95 in a year.

Their definition of a "penny stock" is loose though.
