The Online S&P data indicated that there were 2 million common shares outstanding. If this is accurate, this search engine stock which is building e-commerce alliances only has a market cap of $5 million. They have recently alligned with Inktomi, 24/7 Media and MBNA Bank. Since the reverse merger in late summer the range of the stock has been about a high of 9 and a low of 1. I called the company today and spoke briefly with Barry Rothman (561-483-7743). He will be sending an investors package including financial statements. In the meantime, I was very impressed with their portal at: isleuth.com Regards.
