I almost agree with you Saju, but do not think
it applies here. Here is my email to SI.

To whom this may concern

I am sure that I am not the only one to bring this individual
to you attention.

When I subscribed to your invaluable service, it was so that
I could discuss all aspects, good or bad & to research investments etc. I agreed to the terms and conditions techstocks.com found on your site.
I paid good money and have totally respected each and every one
of those terms realizing the necessity in which to adhere to
them so as to keep the dialog free flowing and void of prejudice.

The above mentioned individual has clearly violated most of the
terms set forth that supposedly govern this community. I know
that this individual has been repermanded previously and wonder
as to why he has the ability in which to continue to spue verbal
diarhea and clear disrespect for others and this online community
in which most have grown to love and cherish our ability to participate. Clearly one does not advocate censorship or want to infringe on ones right to express ones opinion.

Like any judicial law or constitutional right, we are obligated
by those rules and regulations and typically are penalized in
some form should we not adhere to the parameters.

Your sight clearly defines the rules and regulations in which
we must adhere to in which we earn the right to participate.
Should we break the rules, the consequences result in loss of privileges in which to participate.

Silicon Investor is regarded as one of the most prestigious locations in cyber space because of the quality of participants
and the depth of character found in the community. Should you not clearly enforce your self imposed terms of use that we all
subscribed to in the begining, you will lose your most important asset which is the people that participate daily in these public(private) forums.

Please inform me as to your intended actions in clearing up this situation,

Best Regards
Wayne Balkwill
