Why don't you people just run a screen for crissakes??!! Like this:
screening.nasdaq-amex.com
go to the price box and enter .20 under 'maximum', then start search.

There are screening tools on several different sites on the web:
marketguide.com

word to the wise (and unwise):
just because a stock is under $5 doesn't mean its cheap or 'developing' - some may very well even have earnings already - the main factor is the number of shares outstanding. A tiny company may have earned $1 Million dollars in the most recent Q, but that only translates into .01 a share of their are 100,000,000 shares outstanding, which is too high a number for a company with only $1M in earnings. So the shares are thus only worth chump change as a consequence.
