Center TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2000--Stampede Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB:STWW), (http://www.stampedeinc.com) announced today it has hired a Director of Training for its Stampede Network.com subsidiary. Deborah Fletcher, with more than a decade in the education environment, has accepted the director position with the company. Ms. Fletcher has experience in all aspects of training solutions, including management, development and implementation for corporate and public sector clients, focusing on educators in the primary and secondary school markets. Ms. Fletcher focuses on the needs assessment of each client for training across all platforms. She develops positive growth patterns to enhance each client's efficiency and net worth. Ms. Fletcher holds technical vendor certifications for Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and others.

Ms. Fletcher has created training programs for educators in Florida. To her credit is the "One Computer Classroom" which she developed while employed at National Data Products. This curriculum was used in the development of technology skills for teachers throughout Florida. Ms. Fletcher earned a BA degree from the University of South Florida in Primary and Elementary Education, cum laude. Ms. Fletcher then went on to develop the education marketplace from a consulting approach creating long-term programs to assist school districts in achieving their technology goals.

Ms. Fletcher has worked very closely with Escambia and Hillsborough County School Districts in Florida. Ms. Fletcher has procured and managed projects such as the Desktop 2000 rollout for The Home Shopping Network. This project entailed computer training for 1000 HSN employees. Ms. Fletcher created the customized courseware, acted as liaison between HSN and DataFlex Corporation, and secured resources to deliver the training.

The Technical Training Center for Stampede Network will comprise a state-of-the-art, three classroom facility with 45 work stations. The company will provide vendor training and certifications for leading edge technology products produced by Cisco, Microsoft, Allaire for Cold Fusion, Citrix, Linux, and many more. The company has initiated sales activities and expects the training programs to produce a profit almost from the beginning. The Company plans to begin classes in August 2000.
