Recent Agreements With Rockwell Automation, Tripod Data Systems,
and Compuimport Result of New Corporate Focus

has significantly increased its distribution base through agreements
with market-specific partners.
The Company recently announced that it has entered into a
co-marketing arrangement with Rockwell Automation, (NYSE:ROK), a
world-leading provider of industrial automation solutions. Rockwell
and GiveMePower began offering their customers the ability to purchase
PowerCAD on Rockwell's Allen-Bradley(R) family of VersaView CE(TM) and
MobileView industrial computer systems. This relationship makes
GiveMePower's products readily available to a worldwide base of
industrial manufacturing customers.
In another industry-specific partnership, GiveMePower has teamed
up with Tripod Data Systems, a Trimble Company (NASDAQ:TRMB). Tripod
is a developer of hardware and software applications for outdoor and
rugged environments. Tripod and GiveMePower are together offering a
combined mobile 2 and 3-D CAD and GPS system that runs on Tripod's
rugged handheld PCs. By offering these bundled products, GiveMePower
gains greater access to customers who are seeking military, surveying,
construction and public safety applications.
In July, 2003, GiveMePower signed Compiumport as its distributor
in Mexico. Compiumport is one of Mexico's largest and most successful
vendors of specialty computer products. The company will distribute
GiveMePower's complete line of PowerCAD products. The president of
Compiumport has stated that his company plans to make PowerCAD the top
selling CAD solution in Mexico.
