Chris, Great site. Glad you took the time to set it up. Typically I am a fundamental investor & will only invest or trade stocks that show their feathers in the filings. First & most important question, Is the stock under valued? Basically I look for good share structure, an undervalued market cap, quality management, increasing revenues & earnings, oversold conditions, hot sectors, momentum & very importantly, good forward guidance in the company filings. Cash in the bank means low chance for dilution. Speaking of dilution, I've learned at the first sight of dilution to RUN & NOW. Take the loss now or it will get larger soon. Occasionally I take a leap of faith outside of my above comfort zone looking for the big kill, all the while believing what the CEO is telling me & thinking I have an advantage in getting things right from the horses mouth. Guess what, I've just learned what you know as well. Dont trust the CEOs. Most of my hurtfull losses have been from the above 2 mistakes. Just my two cents?
