I'm a little confused on the Citi Tarp Warrants too. It seems like such a no brainer long term gamble that I wondering if I'm missing something. They have to go up 30% by Jan. 2019 to hit the strike price which seems very possible considering how it's performed the past 3 years. So wouldn't you think the price of the warrants should be more then .11 per share? What am I missing? Or is it just a matter of not many investor's knowing about them? Is this as much of a long term bargain as it seems to be?
