barry,
they are a leasing company and are revenue driven by equipment placments. I have a leasing company and we dont't sell the equipment to the end user but are the financial arm to bring them both together.and as such are not responsible for the equipments performance . when a customer needs a new piece of equipmentt and does not want a huge cash out lay leasing is the answer.
