Yes, this deal should definitely have a positive impact on earnings.
It gives Hudson access to a great deal of refridgerant,
more reclamation work and it should open up some new deals as they
have instant credibility with the DuPont name. The market,
in my opinion was looking for a takeover, which they didn't get. So
there was some instant selling off. I definitley think this stock will
be on a long and steady climb from here on out.
