Just got my annual report and proxy. It's a tough decision to vote with/against the current board. Good arguments on both sides. I just bought more at 1 7/8 last week. I heard John Herman (MIS project mgr) left from another consultant. Hope Paul Pedlow and Mike McGill are doing OK. Regards, Ken
