The shareholders of Winspear Resources and Antler Resources have voted in favour of the amalgamation of the two companies. A total of 99.9% of both companies have voted in favour of the amalgamation resolution.
The companies intend to seek court approval for this amalgamation as quickly as possible. It is anticipated that the shares of the new company, retaining the name Winspear Resources Ltd. will commence trading in early January.

Been holding this stock for about 6 months I think there is an excellent future.
