Zoomerr have you ever herd of someone signing a lease and not recieving equipment. If that is the case I am sure not paying the lease will result in no consequence. In fact the leasing company has no right to request payment when no equipment has been received.

I for one would not hesitate signing the lease, I am not liable for paying for equipment that has never been shipped. The same thing is true for a credit cards if you purchase a mail order item and never recieve it you simply call the card company and reverse charges.
