I hope I understood the context of Ken's statement. I think he was trying to say that Gary would sell against the arrival of the daytraders into one of his picks.

If that is what he was saying, I would agree. He would probably sell a little off, let the daytraders make their run with it, and then buy back into it at a lower end. Remember, we cannot stop the daytraders from getting into one, but we can capitalize on them.

In my opinion, you have to be able to classify any stock as either a momo, a BTS, or a long. However, you also have to be able to re-classify any stock from one category to the other at any given time, based on any number of factors, such as market condition, news, etc.

Gary has a talent of precision in knowing when to classify and re-classify a stock, and a skill of judgment in knowing how to classify it. (which is why his thread is #1 on Hot Topics after only 48 hours)
