Its time to begin to think the only way for Apple's stock is up.

The major upside obstacle, and IMHO the reason for Mr. Ellison's (Oracle) takeover noises, has been the public's perception Apple's management is selfishly opportunistic.

A deserved scare may have been instilled in the good Dr. Amelio as he does not want to be declared a failure and ousted. The Dr. also must be concerned by the Arabian Prince and our California Prince CalPers.

Further in the background is the Prince of Monopoly, IBM, now almost free of its 1955 FTC Consent Decree, and concerned its PowerPC diagrams will fall into the wrong hands.

Whats a Dr. to do? Resist greed and act like a true believer computer person. Get reliable hardware out the door and tout your TWO OSs.

We hopeful shareholders will hold on and look forward to a copy of a new Apple OS that runs on both INTC and PowerPC CPUs.

Regards, J.R. Kary
