anyone else wondering if this decline can be attributed to the debenture holders? The lower the price, the more favorable the conversion ratio to the holders. I believe they are off restriction within a week.We should know what is going on if price drops and volume surges..DD PS: FWIW, if it goes much lower,I will figure out some way to buy more...why not piggy back these boys,if that is their game(and I'm not saying it is,but it is possible) I still feel comfortable in my assessment of the holders-I think they are friendly.(but, everyone wants to make money) It's more difficult to abuse Reg S, if the company has a viable business. Abuses general follow weak companies,but so does Reg S financing. That is why I can't understand, this financing approach taken by management,it is generally thought of as, last resort financing. With managements background in banking, one can assume they were not blind to the risks...
