6 month review for funding? Odd.

Still major hurdle cleared with device done and OKed. Pulled a HUGE rabbit out of the hat I'd say. Risk reduced but not gone. Tough to get funds but I'd bet it happens.

There technically insolvent. I hope they have cash holed away while on life support.

The company's been a cardiac case.
