Well I think what the MMs and Analysts are thinking about IKAR and to a certain extent AIPN is not the quantity or the quality of the strike, its the transportation infrastructure of their operating regions, like the roads, rails, pipe lines ect ect. Even a billion dollar mineral strike wont do much good if it costs more to mine it and transport it than what its worth.

I think all that is changing... but there is alot of areas in Euro- Asia and the old east bloc like that... out in the Kamchatka region (the pacific coast) is reports of all sorts of mineral and energy strikes, but they are like 20 to 50 miles from the closest road or rail... thats a bunch of wilderness and hills to over come, takes a lot of money and time, and most of the old communist block is tapped out on cash, so it up to the private sector to build the transportation infrastructure.
