Oh yeah, no use at all for the US except to protect their ass.

NATO is mostly a Europewide non-aggression pact now.

Wonder how good that'd work without American might in NATO?

Now being American I have to wonder a little what we are getting out of this. OK, its the right thing to do to deter war. But they are pretty darn ungrateful over there.
