Uh-uh! Mr. Bush who ran on a states' rights platform went running to the Sup. Ct. and asked for their help when the state supreme court didn't vote his way. This remark is an absolute non sequitur; makes no sense at all. Because Mr. Bush ran on a states' rights platform (although hardly a major element of it) he somehow doesn't have the remedies of the Supreme Court available to him? However, it probably will be after this war What, are you thinking of bringing suit? This statement is just absurd.
