Uh-uh! Mr. Bush who ran on a states' rights platform went running to the Sup. Ct. and asked for their help when the state supreme court didn't vote his way.

This remark is an absolute non sequitur; makes no sense at all. Because Mr. Bush ran on a states' rights platform (although hardly a major element of it) he somehow doesn't have the remedies of the Supreme Court available to him?

However, it probably will be after this war
