Gee Doc, is this the first time you've ever read one of the disclaimers in the Forms vetted by a company's legal dept? This generally doesn't look much different from any other start-up company's prospectus that I've reviewed... and less scarey than some of the biotech's I've read. Anybody investing in the company should keep the risks in mind... thank you for sharing.
(Just curious... was *anyone* out there investing because they were expecting a dividend in the near future?) Lin
