Absolutely. And that is exactly what the Coastal 2050 plan is.

The rest of what you say is much too general for me to deal with. I don't do well with grand sounding pronouncements that are not backed up with fact.

Perhaps we can talk when you come up with alternatives to exporting grain through a port other than NO that don't cost an arm or a leg, much more than $14bn. Perhaps you were thinking of airlifting it. Or when we can afford to shut down GOM oil and gas production.
