My broker's internet service does have a record of key strokes. They are recorded. I have never had a problem of resolution. I believe the stability and the intergity of the brokerage house is the prime issue. I trade a lot, I guess I have had less than 1% errors on my brokers' part. all were satisfied in my favor.
