Sonki: The reading of the law was for 1998 but I have not seen any Treasury guidance on this. Doesn't mean they haven't issued any but I no longer see daily updates. I should be receiving my new CD version of the code, regs.s, etc. soon but am not sure if this will be in the release. Also the $600 becomes $625 for 1998. Tim
