Eric, the point is that immigration will never be fully under control. It's like the war on terrorism, or the war on poverty, or the war on drugs, or the war on declining birthrates, or the war on women's rights, etc. That's why I don't trust that the Mango Mussolini will ever declare illegal immigration to be "under control."
