Actually, I agree with most of what you say. Unless Bush nominates Pat Buchanan to his administration, there wont by many fights left there, but GW is going to have to do a lot of horsetrading on judicial appointments, which means a middle of the road judiciary.

I wouldn't hold my breath for electing a President and 60 senators with the same agenda.
