Today's announcement was quite revealing, I thought, in that it sounds like the companies involved seem to view the merger + acquisition as if it's pretty much "agreed upon."

It seems as though they feel like they are all on the same page. It actually sounds like they are farther along than where I thought they would be at this point.

Personally, I think when the merger + acquisition is completed, we are probably looking at a share value in the 10-15 cent range (just my opinion, of course). That's based on JUST the acquisition of the first tire store (with sales and profits as described in previous press releases).

That's also assuming they use ALL of the authorized shares in the first acquisition (which they may or may not do).

It also sounds like they are looking to quickly add more stores. If the "Wall Street" people and the "Finance" people are doing their jobs right now, this could grow very nicely this year.

Hmmmmmm!

I suppose that when the merger is actually signed we will get all the details. Of course, the share price will probably move more quickly then as well.

Best wishes,
Brad
