I think you hit the heart of the whole matter. We as a group are fed up with the mismanagement of this investment. Probably if you had come on the scene at a different time, the treatment you received would have been more civil. I apologize for myself only if I offended you. But as a long suffering shareholder and poster, I also understand the reality of the matter. We are all a little suspicious at this moment of anyone who suggests that the course of action we are taking is somehow misguided or needs further group discussion. That's unfortunate for someone new to the thread, but it is reality. You are correct that under most circumstances we should have responded in a more sympathetic manner or just not responded at all to your posts.

I hope you are not discouraged from posting here in the future, especially if you have a rich uncle who would like to own a technology company :-).

That brings me to the results of yesterday's court proceedings. We may have won a temporary reprieve, but we still need a huge infusion of investment capital to make this thing work in the long run.
