I wonder if the shortage of P4's is partially related to diverting production to Northwood, to be ready for January release. I doubt it... Only two of the small fabs that ran 0.18 micron are running 0.13 micron, and they converted first (D1B/F20 and D2). All of the big fabs that were running 0.18 micron are still running 0.18 micron...
