I think a conduct policy like Nascar's that you mentioned would be useful. Doesn't have to spell out every single offense (for example, PETA wants the league to have a policy against animal cruelty. Get real). All they need is a policy against criminal acts or acts that involve moral turpitude and reflect poorly on the player and the league. It's not a right to play sports, for heaven's sake.
