Indeed this would be the best solution but for two possible drawbacks to look at:

1. NT trained techs of all kinds are much sought after. Prices are rising to astronomical heights. Even with high $$ bonuses, still a shortage of certified (MSFT) people.

2. Customer service techs don't seem to job hop as readily as others. That is if the company maintains its wage level on par with the rest of the industry and provides sufficient benefits, growth, etc to keep good ones.

Most growing comapanies must eventually come to grips with "Make or Buy" decisions in a number of areas. Outsourcing and M&A are to me sings of good growth. It can be hazardous, though, to buy or grow to fast. A real tightrope for EP and crew. I think these folks are probably the best growth managers around.
