One would tend to think that if CPQ was to expend the same amount of time and money on hiring people as they will on the DEC deal, they would come out ahead. CPQ has the advantage of offering profit sharing deals to those workers or stock options.. This would have enticed a lot of people as CPQ's sotkc has been a solid performer in the alst 2 -4 years..
