What are you talking about? Merchan didn't dismiss anything.

All he did was allow Trump to request a dismissal of the case.

Again, like I said before, the facts of the case are not in dispute.

Nor was the jury biased. Or the judge for that matter.

Furthermore, Trump isn't even filing a dismissal based on the application of the law that he violated.

Instead, Trump is filing a dismissal based on "executive privilege," which the Supreme Court granted him.

In other words, the 6-3 Supreme Court placed Trump above the law.
