Sure... Make light of the situation rather than talk about it.... I'm curious to hear your take on what it might mean to the company if "Next Level" cannot be used as a company name (or part of the name) or incorporated into a logo. It would be one thing if "Next Level" were a water bottler, but they're not. Since they are in a market (sportswear) that would unfairly let them get benefit from the already-owned trademark, it is very unlikely they'll be keeping the name, unless they can reach an agreement with the trademark holder.
