Here's what Frank has posted, no Mention of DCTC:

The $10 Mil is a combination of RANA, a PP and several other posibilities. I wish I could do one deal and get all the capitol we need.

If you click on the 'history' line in the msg from me you will see the current ownership of FNet.

Here is an example:
The $100 Mil is FNet IPO. 8 to 10 mil shares at $10 to $20 per share.

The dilution math is:
Now (10/8/96) 20 mil shares out owned by FTC, me and Colin Patterson.
After the PP of $5 to 10 Mil ($1.00 per share) Max now 30 mil shares outstanding.
After the IPO of 8 to 10 mil ($10 per share) Now 40 Mil shares outstanding and a
market cap value at about $400,000,000.

I hope this example helps you -- Remember it is only an example -- and my hope.

Frank
