The news of the venture with CSCO, that Yahoo carried this morning, was picked up by the Dow Jones News Service and it was posted after the market closed. The active trading after the bell coincided with the posting on the CSCO news on DJ News Service. There was no other news at that time, as I checked Bloomberg, Marketwatch, PR News wire and Yahoo. I believe the one point buying spree was the reaction of traders seeing the name Cisco being linked with OMKT. Posting on DJ News Service reaches many more individuals than postings on the net.
