Analyst on CNBC now says we don't even need more rate cuts.
Recommends CSCO, SUNW etc. and that this could finally be the turnaround, and the end of the bear market. After 70% losses in 4 months a 30-50% retracement within the next year is possible assuming an improvement in cap spending. Rate cut effect will hit within 2 quarters.
