There were a couple of squeakers as there are in almost every presidential election. On both sides.

Some were within the MoE, which was as-designed by the Trump administration. The entire strategy of the Trump campaign was to win districts that were exceptionally close and could change the election outcome. That is a cost effective campaign and the reason Trump could operate with a fraction of the budget.

How you try to turn that into a negative I just don’t know. The guy who runs a campaign with that efficiency sounds like a winner to me.
