Tunica, regardless cost of cable, majority of customers in EU are getting
TV channels via air.Quality if picture is noticeable better then in US, so there is no reason to deploy cable if they can get TV over air or copper wire.
Also few realize that telecom market in EU is as big as in N.America, and only year or so behind.
