Let's try to figure out this Powerlunch appearance . . . Does CNBC: (A) Randomly phone CEO's trolling for guest shots? (B) Go after guests from small cap companies that haven't been hot stocks, just to take a break from real news? (C) Give out time slots to anyone who asks? (D) Put on someone who calls them and pitches something newsworthy? Unless I miss my guess, the answer is (D). That means that Fowler should have something specific to say or show. If he has something to show, we should see a PR about 8 a.m. If he only has something to say, we may also see a PR. In any event, it should be more than what we've heard in in conference calls, or Powerlunch is not screening its guests very well. I hope we get a PR on the DFR-300 tomorrow. That would make a nice little piece. Besides, Fowler's told us it's just about ready.
