Bobby:

My problem - HOW to find these stocks BEFORE the run is completed... Allow me to give an example from Friday; On Sale, Inc (ONSL) It was trending at + or - 18 for the last 9 or 10 days, then at about mid day, it jumps on high volume up to 24-25. That would have been a very easy trade, IF it could have been signaled at the first part of the move. Briefing.com reported at 12:13 that rumors of AMZN was making a bid for the co., but that was AFTER the runup.

One place to monitor is the "Daytrading Fundamentals => Real Time Stock Picks" thread: #Subject-29082

As you can see from the attached post, our good friend and thread participant, KM, informed everyone of the Onsale breakout at 11:24, before the price even broke $21/share:

ONSL breaking out. Has a long way to run. This move ought to have 3 or so at least.

The stock went straight to $26 before it peaked. In fact, about a week ago she told me specifically that Onsale was getting ready to break out for a great up move. I wish I had that kind of foresight. => Perhaps she has an advantage of not being that 20-35 year old male daytrader that we've heard so much about!

Another place to hear good information is from jagnotes.com They publish market rumors, and they tend to move the market with their information. Note: I believe they were the ones that first printed the rumors about the possible Onsale buyout which started the rally Friday. I haven't yet joined, but at $99/year, you can't beat the price.

Good luck,
-Eric
