I'm comparing the view points of most citizens. It is very comparable. "Official verbiage" as is the case in most countries does not decide official actions.

In any event, I can understand your sensitivities here. One wouldn't want to preach that the Asian community has an undue influence on the US government or that there are too many Asians in high places in education and other areas.
