TY so this means that after the company's previously lengthy response assuring investors that all its was properly disclosed it now turns out that in reality there is another $1billion or so of debt that most non irish investors are not aware of. Based on everything that has happened i doubt any funds are going to hold this one by 3/31/02. This is very unfortunate. Between VRTX CBST IMCL and now ELN. you would think biotech would be due for some good news
