Study Finds DB2 Customers Plan to Migrate to Oracle REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- ( oracle.com ) With the pending release of Oracle9i(TM) Database, IT departments that have traditionally turned to IBM plan to turn to Oracle to provide the highest levels of reliability, scalability and security.
