hhl.a talking to my broker today who happens to follow hurricane quite closely told me some information i did not no previously, it turns out hurricane has the money to pay back the bondholders but is refusing to until the bondholders accept there deal. another thing he said was they can do that until a deal is reached between the two. so it looks as though hurricane has the aces. they are not the wounded duck they were a few months ago and have showen marked improvement in there business.
