I understand that De Beers has some sort of deal with NGS.

Mr. Oppenheimer and his people have said that they bought the M1 mineral rights in a fair auction and that they will proceed quickly to mine.

Why then is De Beers even meeting with SUF? And maybe more importantly, why is NGS and Randgold involved at all in these meetings? Clearly the only common denominator between all parties is M1. But if De Beers has a deal, why more talking? Surely De Beers et al have other important issues than including small business partners like NGS in their dealings. I think this is somehow linked to the fact that the "heirs" have not been paid. De Beers had stated that they would close the deal with NGS by mid-May. We're into mid-June with lots of talk, no action. Why? How? When?

Confused
