You guys had better luck arguing that the Pentium 4 had thermal issues back in April: inqst.com For now, Willamette at 2GHz will tend to magnify the possibility for generalized heat related throttling as well as localized “hot spot” throttling – conditions that seem to be already occurring with the 1.7Ghz Pentium 4.
