I am long and wrong on Citiscape and making the same inquiries regarding the derivative suit. I am also thinking of dumping the stock if we get a rebound after earnings. But I would be careful to draw any conclusions regarding the honesty of management from the allegations in the complaint. I used to defend these kinds of suits (admittedly more than a decade ago) and IMO it is fairly easy to create a damning picture in a complaint after a large, news-related drop in the stock price. A different story sometimes emerges in the litigation.
