That is indeed a new risk that has developed in Mexico. Coupled with the severe economic deterioration, it has create a risky environment. For now it is OK, but I am afraid this will change. I have reduced my holding in Mexico for that reasons.

STill MFL is undervalued and the intermediate long term risk of severe dislocation in the country is tolerable in the short term.
